Cancellations
- Free Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 14 days before check-in receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Early Departures & No-Shows
- No refunds are provided for early departures or no-shows after check-in.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Any transaction fees incurred during refund will be deducted from the total amount returned.
Non-Refundable Rates
- Some special offers, promotions, or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
